Exactly as described. Good quality, nice size. I think it conforms to North American carry on size for airlines. Will have to wait until there are flights again to see if it is allowed. As other reviews stated there is a gap in the zippers, so if you use it as backpack it will not be weather resistant. The zippers are easy to use. Thought I may need zip ties to keep them closed, but the zipper tabs fit through the hole of the opposite zipper. This keeps them from coming open. Received a bracelet as gift with purchase.
